My kitsch vintage pineapple ice bucket

I have an unwritten list of things I look out for and a pineapple ice bucket was on that list for a long time. I stalked a few on ebay for quite a while but they tended to go for silly money and I couldn’t never quite rationalise spending that much on what is at the end of the day an ice bucket. Then last Christmas, the other half tracked one down for me, which happened to have sat in the attic of a junk shop for the last 20 odd years. So it was in pretty perfect nick – that was until the other half melted it slightly by having it too close to the hobs on the oven! But you can barely see that and so far, it’s had a few outings, including a friend’s Hawiaan themed birthday party. So it’s nearly a practical find…
